2020 PAC Year Wrap-Up

Appreciation Event for ACEC Ohio members who met their PAC goals

The 2020 PAC year ended successfully meeting 73% of our ACEC Ohio goal of $55,000 and 54% of our National goal of $55,000. (ACEC has a lower goal for us of $26,600 and we did meet their goal for the 5th year in a row!)  Our members set a new high of 68 companies meeting their PAC goals, THANK YOU! 

To show our appreciation for those who contributed and met their PAC goal, a virtual event was held on January 8, 2020. Approximately 70 participants received a federal update from Steve Hall, Senior Vice President of Advocacy for ACEC and a state update from Kevin Futryk, Partner, Government Advantage Group.

The PAC is a key component of our advocacy efforts for the business of engineering. The Council continues to build strong relationships with Ohio House and Ohio Senate Leadership as well as key legislative members that are supportive of our business interests. 2021 PAC Year Kicks-Off

The 2021 year has kicked off for the ACEC and ACEC Ohio PAC’s, we already have three member firms who have met their goal for the year! Congratulations to:

• Metric Environmental

The 2021 PAC Voluntary Contribution letter has been sent to all key contacts at our member companies and will be e-mailed as well.  Please consider giving early to ensure our PAC's continue to be strong and support candidates/members that support our industry and the business of engineering.  If you need any information on the PAC, feel free to contact a PAC Trustee or Beth Easterday.
