ACEC Ohio Welcomes Rick Allen as Board Chair

Rick Allen is President of Bowser Morner. He's served on the ACEC Ohio Board of Directors since 2017, moving into the leadership track in 2019. Rick has over 32 years of experience providing civil & geotechnical engineering design, materials consulting services, construction quality control services, and troubleshooting of materials for a wide variety of commercial, transportation, education, healthcare, agricultural and industrial facilities. 

Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters in Geotechnical Engineering from Virginia Tech University. He enjoys collaborating with clients to help them achieve successful projects, as well as helping clients work through materials-related issues and problems. 

Rick is passionate about diversifying ACEC Ohio membership with vertical/private sector firms and was instrumental in the creation of the rising leader program.
