Pac Thank You

As we approach the end of 2025, there's still time to make a powerful impact—help us reach our PAC goals and strengthen our voice in Ohio’s legislative process! The ACEC Ohio PAC has met 56% of our $55,000 goal and 47% of our $55,000 National PAC goal-- thank you to the 45 member companies who’ve already stepped up!

State lawmakers and regulators make decisions every day that impact how Ohio's engineering companies do business. The ACEC Ohio Political Action Committee exists for the sole purpose of ensuring that the people making these decisions understand the perspective of the owners of private engineering companies. Donations to ACEC Ohio/PAC are used to support the election campaigns of legislators and state officials who recognize and support the interests of our industry.

ACEC Ohio continues to build strong relationships with elected officials that are supportive of our business interests. Thanks to your support, ACEC Ohio has:

  • Influenced both the Transportation and GRF budget bills.
  • Passed a bill to regulate the use of indemnity provisions in public.
  • Passed a lien bill for design.
  • Protected professional licensure standards and qualifications-based selection in the Ohio Revised Code.
  • Supported record capital bill funding for facility funding in Ohio.
  • Oppose any reduction in the motor vehicle user fee.

If your company hasn’t yet met its PAC goal, now’s the time! Every contribution helps us protect and advance Ohio’s engineering industry.

Thank you for your continued support. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me or any PAC Trustee with questions—we’re here to help!
~Beth
