Tres Sabores Winery www.tressabores.com  Julie Johnson, Tres Sabores wine maker was one of the founders of Frog’s Leap Winery 30 years ago, the first organic winery in the valley. For the past 15 or so years she has run Tres Sabores, an organic certified operation making small lots of extraordinary wines. The organic gardens and small menagerie of barnyard animals are a constant reminder that making wine starts with agriculture.
