CFPB Issues Joint Final Rules on Regulations M, Z

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau updated its website with three recently issued final rules related to certain exemption thresholds. The CFPB has issued two joint rules under Regulation M (exemption for consumer leases) and Regulation Z (exemption for consumer credit transactions) and one joint rule under Regulation Z (small-dollar exemption for higher-priced mortgage loans).
