CSI Signs 23 New Core Customers in 2018

- Community banks nationwide select CSI to provide integrated core processing and digital banking solutions -

PADUCAH, Ky., Feb. 12, 2019 Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) (OTCQX:CSVI), a provider of end-to-end financial technology solutions, signed 23 new banks to its core system during 2018. While these customers vary both in location and specific business needs, CSI’s innovative core platform provides them with additional functionality to more efficiently manage day-to-day operations internally and externally.

“When it comes to the arduous task of implementing a new core platform, one of our top priorities was working with a technology provider that was not only accessible, but also supported our efforts from beginning to end,” said Steve Miller, president and CEO at California-based Fresno First Bank. “CSI’s high level of customer support and comprehensive suite of digital products made the decision incredibly easy for us.”

The 23 banks are working with CSI to implement both in-house and outsourced core banking technology in an effort to better equip themselves for ongoing success. Along with core services, CSI also is providing some institutions with a variety of additional banking services, thereby delivering a full suite of integrated solutions to enhance productivity within and outside of the branch.

“CSI not only had the most comprehensive core system for our needs, but their breadth of services in other areas position us to maximize efficiency and customer experience with a variety of tech solutions and processes,” said Philip Williams, president and CEO at Georgia-based The Claxton Bank. “Customers expect the same innovative services no matter how large or small their bank is, and CSI helps us meet those expectations.”

Key executives from many of the other new core banking customers cited CSI’s comprehensive technology combined with customer-focused service as key factors in selecting the company for core banking.

“CSI provides us with the innovative core banking technology we need to remain competitive while also maintaining a very hands-on approach during and after the initial on-boarding process,” said John Westwood, first SVP, CFO and treasurer at Massachusetts-based Mansfield Bank. “The digital banking and core platform CSI delivers will help us offer a much stronger customer experience to our community, with user-friendly, secure banking software to meet their needs.”

With bank customers in all 50 states, CSI furthers its reach among today’s community and regional banks with the addition of these 23 institutions. Beyond core banking services, CSI also delivers a robust suite of integrated solutions that empower financial institutions and other businesses, including managed IT services, digital banking and regulatory compliance.

“Our goal in selecting a new core provider was to better align with the changing needs of our customers by offering more innovative banking and payments solutions consistent with the bank’s overall strategy,” said John Gill, president and COO for Minnesota-based Citizens Alliance Bank. “With our CSI partnership, we will be able to provide a seamless experience with improved digital banking tools in a responsive and integrated environment. Additionally, we believe CSI truly understands our values and will focus on supporting our staff and customers with quality products and services.”

“At CSI, we remain dedicated to providing the ideal combination of industry-leading technology and stellar support that appeal to both current and new customers,” said Steve Powless, CSI’s chairman and CEO. “We are excited to partner with these new customers and help them expand their reach and market share by offering an innovative banking experience that benefits both their employees and customers alike.”
