Jack Henry & Associates Named a Top Workplace in Atlanta

Company acknowledged by Atlanta Journal-Constitution for employee engagement, leadership

Jack Henry was one of 65 organizations included in the small company category, those having 149 or fewer employees. This is the company’s first year to qualify for Atlanta’s Top Workplaces, growing its team to 53 individuals in the region. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution partnered with employment research and consulting firm Energage for the 10th straight year to determine the 2020 rankings for Atlanta’s Top Workplaces. They surveyed 285 companies that employ a combined 76,528 workers in the region, gathering responses to 24 factors covering areas of organizational health and workplace culture. A company’s ranking is based on the results of those confidential employee surveys, the final list divided into three categories based on the number of people employed in the region (with a minimum of 50 employees to be eligible).
