It is the birthplace of jazz, barbecue, and Hallmark Cards.  The Spring 2024 Meeting will be held at the InterContinental Kansas City at the Plaza, a luxury hotel located in the heart of the city. The hotel is close to many of Kansas City's attractions, including the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, the Power & Light District, and the Country Club Plaza.

Dine at our vibrant signature restaurant, American Slang Modern Brasserie, or sip a cocktail as you unwind at the day's end.

We are making reservations via a rooming list for the Spring meeting.  Classic King rooms are available for a nightly rate of $184 per day plus applicable tax.  To make your reservation, please include your arrival and departure dates when completing your meeting registration.  That’s all you need to do!  You will receive your confirmation number by April 5, 2024.  You will need to present your credit card at registration at the hotel.

Registrations received after March 18, 2024, cannot be guaranteed the AHIA room rate.
