Important information:

• Hotel reservations are by rooming list only! You will provide your rooming requirements along with your registration.
• Plan on arriving early Wednesday morning in order to join us on a private tour of Portland's breweries with our optional Brewvana Tour. 
• Dine-around for Wednesday evening – choose from three great restaurants in Portland's Pearl District
• Plan to stay through the weekend and explore all that Portland has to offer!

Reservations at the Heathman Hotel

We are making reservations via a rooming list again for the Fall 2018 meeting.  The room rate is $209 single/double.  To make your reservation, please include your arrival and departure dates and your desired room type when completing your meeting registration.  That’s all you need to do!  You will receive your confirmation number by 7 October.  You will need to present your credit card at registration at the hotel.

Registrations received after 21 September cannot be guaranteed the AHIA room rate.

Optional Wednesday Afternoon Tour:  Brewvana Beer City USA Private Tour
(Space is limited!  Additional registration fee required.)

Discover what makes Portland the best beer city in the world with local guides leading an all-inclusive tasting experience. Enjoy a ride on our beer themed bus visiting 3 breweries to sample beer, learn about the ingredients and brewing process and have a great time. Go behind the scenes to meet the breweries with VIP access to Portland's thriving craft beer community.

In order to support a sustainable Portland and as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility, AHIA and Coopers Hall will donate all leftover food from our Thursday night event to Urban Gleaners, a nonprofit that collects food from stores and restaurants that otherwise would go to waste and funnels it to needy people across the metro area.
