Each week we begin with a brief reading, followed by the BrainDance movement series and Primal Alexander Technique Etudes. Afterwards, you’ll take your centered, calm, energized focus into the rest of your day.

Wednesdays for 30 minutes, Drop-in 2 pm Eastern / 1 pm Central / 12 pm Mountain / 11 am Pacific / 7 pm London / 8 pm Berlin
