Immediate Supervisor: Early Childhood Supervisor
Entry Salary: $13.18 per hour - 3.5% increase upon successful completion of probation

Seeking friendly, outgoing home visitor for a full-time position. As a community health worker, you will identify high risk African American women early in their pregnancies in an effort to improve birth outcomes. Must have a high school diploma or GED and preference will be given to those culturally connected to the community. A 180-day probationary period is required.

Excellent benefit package with opportunity for promotion to Community Health Worker 2 after one year.
