2026 Master Plan RFP
City of Mayfield Heights
The City of Mayfield Heights, Ohio seeks proposals from qualified firms for professional planning services to lead the development of the 2026 Mayfield Heights Master Plan.
The city’s previous Master Plan was completed more than twenty years ago. Since that time, economic conditions, office utilization, housing needs, retail formats, and transportation trends have evolved significantly. Shifts in office and retail demand, changing housing preferences, increased regional competition, and opportunities for reinvestment and redevelopment present both challenges and opportunities.
Given these changes, Mayfield Heights seeks to establish a new Master Plan to guide strategic reinvestment, support sustainable economic development, and ensure long-term community vitality.
Firms interested in being considered shall submit a digital copy of their proposal by 3:00 PM on April 24, 2026. The RFP is available at www.mayfieldheightsohio.gov/1035/2026-Master-Plan-RFP
