Request for Proposals/Qualifications for Comprehensive Plan Preparation City of Elizabethtown, Kentucky The City of Elizabethtown is seeking qualified firms to prepare a comprehensive plan to replace the current plan adopted in 2004. A copy of the RFP/RFQ may be requested from Jim Shaw, Planning and Development Director, at james.shaw@elizabethtownky.gov. Submissions meeting the requirements of the RFP/RFQ must be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m. EST on February 21, 2019.
