Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC)
The Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC) is seeking an Intern for the Department of Planning & Sustainability to assist with planning, research, and other projects related to active transportation and transportation safety. Applicants will gain a clear understanding of regional planning and its principles, practices, and techniques. Examples of Duties Assignments will include working with MORPC staff to assist local government members with specific projects or policy issues related to pedestrian, bicycle, and safety planning. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting independent research, performing statistical analyses, and preparing interpretive reports. This internship will require field work in various conditions and will assist with meeting and event preparation. The Intern works under the direct supervision of full-time staff.
