The City of Lakewood is accepting applications for the full-time position of City Architect in the Planning and Development Department. This City Architect serves as the City’s representative in all functions of professional architectural services, construction management including: managing consultant and construction contracts, developing reports, reviewing design work, making corrections, and applying RA stamp to city projects as necessary. Serves as lead urban designer working on a wide variety of design projects focused on shaping the physical setting for life in the city. It involves planning and designing nearly every aspect of the city. Ohio Registered Architect (RA) credential required.
