About the Builder

Truberry Custom Homes built this year’s BIA Foundation Home, and designed the new Foundation Home logo. We believe so strongly in the BIA’s charitable home concept, that this is the fifth Foundation Home that we have built for the Parade of Homes. Truberry has been building fine homes in premier communities in central Ohio for over 25 years. Every home that we build is a one-of-a-kind, tailored to the owners, and is built by the finest craftsmen around.

2017 Parade of Homes to showcase three ranch homes

Study shows ranches in demand with ballooning baby boomer population

Responding to the growing demand for low-maintenance, single-level housing, this year’s BIA Parade of Homes features three beautifully-designed contemporary ranch homes aimed at buyers who seek a simpler lifestyle, yet want a home that’s fully loaded with high-end appliances, top-of-the-line finishes and luxury appointments. Ambassador Homes, Westport Homes and Maple Craft Custom Homes all seized the opportunity to build an in-demand floorplan geared to empty nesters, rather than a large multi-level, younger family home.
