Governor Announces Updated "Stay At Home" Order through May 1st

Governor DeWine today announced that, effective Monday, April 6, 2020 at 11:59 PM, the state will be operating under a revised and updated "Stay At Home" Order through May 1, 2020. 

Within the new order is the following:

• Revised guidance for businesses staying open, including a requirement that retail businesses establish a set number of people who will be allowed to work in that business at any given time (Governor is not providing guidance on what this number is).
• The establishment of a dispute resolution panel for businesses to appeal any nonessential business accusation when there is a discrepancy between treatment of that type of businesses between counties. The panel will comprise department heads from the Dept. of Commerce, Development Serves Agency and PUCO.
• Updated recommendations on physical distancing in light of the warmer weather (lawn mowing will be allowed, etc) as well as provisions.
• A required quarantine period of 14 days for everyone coming into Ohio from out of state.
