Trenchless Industry Contractors, Manufacturers and Suppliers,

This message is to inform you that this year’s Great Lakes Trenchless Association
Annual Conference & Expo scheduled for March 26-28 in Toledo, OH has been cancelled.

If you have already registered and paid, we will be issuing full refunds. If you paid by credit card in the month of March, the refund will go back on the credit card used to pay. If payment was made prior to March, refunds will be issued via check. If you registered, but no payment was made at the time, your invoice will be zeroed out and no longer owed.

All hotel room reservation made inside the GLTA contracted Room Block have been automatically cancelled and no charges will occur on the credit card holding the room reservation. If you reserved a hotel room outside of the block, you will need to cancel it yourself.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
