More than 3000 project drawings are filed annually in the BX of Dayton Plan Room and thousands more are filed online. This service allows members access to information and plans for a multitude of projects at any given time. Local projects are physically or electronically filed in our plan room, and even more can be accessed at no additional charge from plan room computer stations.

This includes Quarterly Safety Directors Meetings and a series of safety seminars including OSHA 10 hour, OSHA 30 Hour, Confined Space, and Powered Industrial Truck.
Drug-Free Workplace Training Service
DBX Staff are qualified to do both Employee and Supervisor training. We can perform this service either at your firm, or you can take advantage of regularly scheduled group training sessions in the DBX Classroom. For more information call Rachel Pinkus.
Legal Services Plan
This plan provides members with the ability to get back their investment in dues many times over. Every BX of Dayton Member is entitled to one free telephone consultation per month with attorney Bob Dunlevey of Taft, Stettinius & Hollister, LLP. This firm specializes in business, construction, occupational safety and employment law.
Team Building Night
This is an annual event where the BX of Dayton provides an evening for General Contractors and Subcontractors to renew business acquaintances and to establish new business contact between Generals and Subs. The evening also includes the presentation of the Annual BX of Dayton Craftsmanship and Architectural Awards.

TekCollect caters specifically to small- and medium-sized businesses, enabling them to establish long-term relationships, provide personalized service and generate aggressive results. All DBX members receive key account status. A designated TekCollect Account Manager will contact you on a monthly basis to review the status of your accounts receivable, implement custom solutions, and provide ongoing personal attention and support.
For all DBX members, TekCollect’s custom program includes two phases of aggressive collection efforts. The Primary Phase involves a series of professional contacts beginning with an Audit/Balance Verification notice. They follow up with strategic telephone campaigns, plus up to six high-impact written contacts, the final being an Attorney Demand. All delinquent accounts are reported to the credit bureaus. And for any debtors they are unable to contact, wthey will conduct electronic database skip tracing. Payment is directed to the DBX member for immediate account reconciliation and to help preserve and maintain the customer relationship. For more difficult collections and possible litigation processing, DBX members can elect to implement the Secondary Phase. At the conclusion of the Primary Phase, accounts that still remain delinquent can be transferred, with the member’s approval, to TekCollect’s Secondary Contingent Recovery Division.
