Greetings!
As we get our last minutes “to do” preparations checked off for 2013 Eastern Communication Association Conference in Pittsburgh, I would like to highlight a few exciting programs and events for the Organizational Communication Instructional Interest group that you may like to attend. First, the Top Competitive Papers in Instructional Communication Panel will be Friday April 26th at 12:30 in Conference C. The Organizational Communication Interest Group Business Meeting is also on Friday at 4:00 in Anchor. We have three additional panels or paper sessions that should be very interesting. All are encouraged to attend!
In addition, I would like to highlight two exciting panels we are co-sponsoring: first, we will celebrate the contributions of Jerry Allen to ECA at a panel on Saturday, April 27th at 2:30 in Conference B and second, on Friday April 26th at 2:00 we will attempt to recognize Dr. McCroskey's legacy to the discipline of communication theory and research.
For your packing plan, I have posted the four day forecast for Pittsburgh below a it appears it will be chilly in the evenings. Looking forward to seeing each of you!
