Pictured above from left to right are:
Matt Blair, CEO & Co-Founder of the Well Resource Center, NFP and his wife, Audra Blair.

Matt is the CEO and co-founder of The Well Resource Center. He and his wife Audra founded The Well which is 501c3 non-for profit that serves Chicago’s first responders and their families. The Well specializes in providing free emotional and mental health services to first responders and their families. Matt is a certified Pastoral Counselor. Matt is an ordained Pastor and has a master's in divinity from McAfee School of Theology in Atlanta, Georgia.
Matt’s passion for coming along side first responders comes from his brother who is a Chicago Police Sergeant. Matt has seen first-hand the toll that seeing the worst of the worst that humanity has to offer, day in and day out can have on first responders and their families and is dedicated to creating trusted and engaging environments that improve emotional, physical, relational and spiritual health. Matt's father has been in the construction industry for the past 45 years so Matt has grown up on job sites and has observed that the type of person that is underneath a bullet proof vest is very similar to the type of person that wears a hard hat for a living.
