Anna (Trapane) Jochim

Director of Future Workforce Development, ELECTRI International

Anna is responsible for implementing programs and resources that introduce students and young professionals to career opportunities in the EC industry. Some of these programs and resources include: the National Project Management Apprenticeship, NECA Student Chapters, and several other toolkits and resources to help contractors achieve their workforce development goals. Her focus is energizing and connecting students, educators, and contractors through all phases of the learning and development journey.

Anna’s background in communications and marketing helps her craft messaging that bridges the classroom to industry. In 2021, she completed her Master of Science Degree in Organizational Development and Leadership—with her thesis centered on exploring the motivators of the next generation or the construction workforce.
