To edit your registration, log into NECAnet.org, click on your name on the top right and go to My Profile. On the left hand side, you will see “My Registrations” and select the event you want to edit/update. You will be able to add activities from here.

Conference Shirts
Midwestern Region Conference branded Hawaiian shirts are available for purchase through registration! The cost for each polo is $70. This includes drop shipping to the address of your choice. Hawaiian shirts must be purchased on or before February 1 to ensure delivery prior to your departure for the Conference.

NECA guests will be offered accommodations at the Palace Tower and Palace Tower Grand. Centrally located on the resort; near the Lagoon, wedding chapel, and Nui Italian restaurant, you can enjoy views of Waiulua Bay, tropical gardens, and island mountains. Palace Tower Grand has the hotel’s newly renovated 2025 design.

Hotel rooms in the NECA Block range from $365 - $425/night.

Airports: Kona International Airport (KOA) is 20 minutes away from the Hilton Waikoloa Village. Hilo Airport is more than an hour away from the Resort.

Taxi’s and Ubers are available on the island, but can be difficult to utilize. Planning ahead by scheduling rides in the Uber app or setting up taxis through the hotel is highly suggested. If you require a more reliable option, renting a car to explore the island is your best option.
