Brian Witt, VP of Revenue - Rivet
Since returning to construction after his time in the Army, Brian Witt has spent his career at the intersection of construction operations and technology. After helping build and grow the first widely-adopted workforce management platform for construction, he helped introduce contractors to modern labor operations best practices. Today, Brian leads revenue at RIVET, building the community of contractors who are leading labor operations across the industry. At RIVET, Brian partners with MEP and self-perform contractors to bring structure, visibility, discipline, and expanded profit to their labor processes. His experience working with hundreds of ops leaders across the globe gives him a practical, real-world lens on how organizations can eliminate labor chaos and create a predictable, proactive labor operation.
Gary Fuchs
Sr. Workforce Management VP,
Former VP of Operations, Westphal Electric
No one has given more time and experience to labor planning in construction. Gary Fuchs brings more than 50 years of real construction experience, including more than 4 decades working from apprentice electrician to VP of Operations (20+ years). As a retired contractor, Gary offers practical, straight-from-the-front-line insight into forecasting, organizational change management, succession planning, job compression-mitigation, workforce planning, and countless other areas of opportunity that come with a lifetime dedicated to a craft. His perspective helps contractors turn labor from a constant fire drill and variable-risk into a predictable advantage. Gary is most proud as a husband, father to 3, and grandfather to 10.
