ECA November Regular Membership Meeting - November 8, 2023
Program was held at Maggiano's Little Italy, in Oak Brook, IL.
On November 8, 2023, The Electrical Contractors' Association of City of Chicago hosted its November membership meeting at Maggiano’s Banquets in Oak Brook, IL.
It was a well-attended meeting where ECA members had the opportunity to hear from Nick Espinosa, Founder of Security Fanatics, as he illustrated the dangers and pitfalls of cybersecurity and how hackers exploit private data. The presentation overviewed The 5 Laws of Cyber Security, highlighting the vulnerabilities in our everyday use of technology and how to use zero-trust strategies to protect our information from cyber-attacks.
Additionally, ECA welcomed four new members to the Association:
Rocha Electric Company
Simply E and C Corp.
Skitch Electric Company
Staylitt Electric LLC.
Overall, the meeting allowed members to learn about industry updates and to network with fellow industry peers.
The next membership event is the 2023 Presidents Party & Holiday Celebration scheduled for December 2, 2023, at the Union League Club of Chicago. We welcome all ECA member companies and their employees to attend this highly anticipated event.
