July 17 - 19, 2024

The NECA 2024 Labor Relations Conference was held on July 17 – 19, 2024 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Boston, MA. The program brought together officers and Chapter staff of many NECA Chapters from across the country. The program offered the attendees an ambitious schedule of panels and individual discussions which included the following topics:

  • Panel discussion regarding the current state of the industry, as well as a future outlook with Kirk Davis, NECA President, Bob Davis Electric and David Long, NECA CEO. The session was moderated by Ian Andrews, NECA Labor Relations.

  • How to Cultivate a Relationship with your Business Manager

  • Panel: Data-Driven Negotiations

  • Establishing Collaborative Labor Relations
