FPDA Associate Service Vendor Publication Application
All applications are reviewed by FPDA’s Membership Committee, which reserves the right to accept or reject any application for any reason.
Please check the type of Associate membership for which you are applying:
Service/Vendor Associate—Any corporation, proprietorship or partnership whose principal business is the provision of goods or services to the fluid power and motion technology distribution industry and who meets any eligibility requirements adopted from time to time by the Board of Directors may be eligible for Service/Vendor Associate membership and may be elected to such membership upon payment of the required fees and dues. (Service/Vendor Associate members may serve on committees but may not hold elected office).
Publication Associate—Any corporation, proprietorship, or partnership engaged in the publication of technical journals, textbooks, or trade publications pertaining to the fluid power and motion technology industry may be elected a Publication Associate member upon payment of the required fees and dues. (Publication Associate members may serve on committees but may not hold elected office.)

Our company's principal business is the provision of the following goods and services to the fluid power and motion technology industry (description of business):
Service/Vendor Associate Membership Eligibility Requirements: a Service/Vendor associate member is any corporation or partnership who can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Board of Directors that a significant amount of its business is devoted to providing goods (other than fluid power products) and services to fluid power distributors to aid them in their general business operations, who adheres to any non-solicitation/entertainment policy that may be adopted and published from time to time by the Board of Directors for the conduct of meetings of the Association (a copy of which shall be attached to this Policy Manual), and who certifies in writing to the Board annually (at the time required fees and dues are due and payable) that the corporation or partnership continues to meet each of the foregoing membership criteria.

The dues year runs from January 1 - December 31. Dues are payable with application, and are renewable by January 1. New applicants will pay the prorated share of the annual dues plus full branch and application fee.
