Join us for essential training designed to prepare bank employees for the unfortunate event of a bank robbery. This session will cover key topics to ensure the safety and security of all staff and customers.
The topics covered will include:

- Before a robbery:
- Recognizing suspicious behavior
- Examples to look out for and robbery trends
- Reporting suspicious behavior to the police
- During a robbery:
- How to stay calm and follow instructions
- Ensuring the safety of colleagues and customers
- Discreetly activating alarm systems when safe
- After a robbery:
- Contacting law enforcement and providing accurate information
- Assisting with the investigation and documentation
- Supporting employees and customers through post-incident stress
- Question IDs (30 minutes)
- Tips and Tools
- Technology and improving service to customers
Through interactive discussions, participants will learn practical strategies for handling each phase of a robbery. This training is vital to enhancing preparedness and maintaining a safe banking environment.
