Join us for essential training designed to prepare bank employees for the unfortunate event of a bank robbery. This session will cover key topics to ensure the safety and security of all staff and customers.

The topics covered will include:

Bank Robbery Training (90 minutes):

  • Before a robbery:
    • Recognizing suspicious behavior
    • Examples to look out for and robbery trends
    • Reporting suspicious behavior to the police
  • During a robbery:
    • How to stay calm and follow instructions
    • Ensuring the safety of colleagues and customers
    • Discreetly activating alarm systems when safe
  • After a robbery:
    • Contacting law enforcement and providing accurate information
    • Assisting with the investigation and documentation
    • Supporting employees and customers through post-incident stress
  • Question IDs (30 minutes)
    • Tips and Tools
    • Technology and improving service to customers

Through interactive discussions, participants will learn practical strategies for handling each phase of a robbery. This training is vital to enhancing preparedness and maintaining a safe banking environment.
