Case Management System Using AI-New Tools
GoodLabs Studio & FRPA
Webinar
Case Management system Using AI-New Too
In this session, we will showcase the power of agentic AI by demonstrating AMI (Agentic Model Investigator) in action. The demo walks through how AMI takes an alert directly from the queue and autonomously conducts a complete investigation, gathering data across core systems, fraud platforms, and external intelligence sources. You will see how AMI streamlines the entire investigation process, reduces false positives, accelerates decision-making, and improves overall accuracy. Beyond efficiency, AMI helps financial institutions meet regulatory requirements such as SAR filings while easing the investigation bottleneck that many fraud and compliance teams face today. This live demonstration highlights how next-generation AI can transform investigative workflows and empower teams to stay ahead of emerging fraud threats.
