Columbus Police investigating two separate bank branch ATM robberies

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — A Columbus man is urging people to pay close attention to their surroundings when they take money out of an ATM after he was recently robbed and beaten while getting cash.
"He hit me and broke my nose," Robert Sommerville, 62, said. "I stood there for a while mesmerized like this was not happening."
Sommerville said he was on his bicycle getting money out of a Huntington Bank branch ATM on December 17, on East Livingston Road near Reynoldsburg, when a stranger walked up to him and demanded his wallet.
