POS Skimmers to Cryptocurrency

POS Skimmers are converting directly to crypto.
Has anyone ever dealt with skimmers, such as the one pictured, that would be converted directly to crypto?
Please let FRPA (Kate or John ) know.
This was placed over a Walmart POS payment terminal in Knoxville, TN, on 5/27/24.
Walmart found another one in Oregon with the same writing.
