LEA Looking for Fraudulent Truck Loan Perp

FRPA received the following information from a LEA member...
I am looking to see if other agencies have dealt with fraudulent truck loans under the name William J Brand claiming to be from Memphis TN. We have two, possibly three fraud loans up here where they are claiming to be buying a $60,000 truck from Chicago and need a check to pay for it. it appears they are using fake ID's in Brand's name as I have two different males pictures on the same fake ID. There may also be the name Levar Peters and a JP Morgan Chase Bank account associated with the fraud. Let me know if anything related. Thanks.
