Madison man indicted for multiple Regions Bank robberies

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) - A Madison man has been indicted by a federal grand jury for four Regions Bank robberies that happened in 2022 and 2023, according to court documents obtained by WAFF.
Court records filed on Wednesday reveal Lawrence Jones has been indicted on four federal counts relating to the bank robberies.
Jones is accused of stealing more than $56,000 in a string of robberies at multiple Regions Bank locations in Madison County.
