Customer Service Representative

National / AZON

National Azon is a major distributor of Canon printers, and this position serves as the initial point of contact for our customers.  The desire to be part of the team that works together to achieve the company’s goals is crucial to this position.

Being a customer service representative, you will:

  • Be an integral part of day-to-day operations, customer retention, and growth of the company
  • Love working with people and building relationships
  • Accept new challenges and is seeking opportunity and personal growth

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone and email
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional manner
  • Analyze customer needs and provide solutions or recommendations
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and patience
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, services, and policies

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English – verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Strong phone etiquette and listening skills
  • Ability to navigate computer systems and perform data entry tasks accurately
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
