| Jobdescription | KQWC in Webster City seeks an ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE If you are not the type to sit at a desk all day every day, and you like to meet new people, a career in KQWC sales might be just the thing you are seeking. Account executives at KQWC make face to face sales calls, phone and digital communications with clients in Boone County, Iowa. The goal is to have local businesses share their stories with our listeners and digital following in a way that feeds their bottom line. In other words, you will sell radio advertising, create the message and even develop campaigns. There is no typical day in radio, so if you like variety, learning about other people, helping them succeed and getting paid to do so, you should contact us. This is a full time position with quite a bit of flexibility. You will be calling on existing clients as well as prospecting for new clients in order to expand your income. Because this will transition into a commission based pay, you control your own revenue stream. Success is rewarded financially! Professional manner and dress are required, as are writing skills, good grammar and a strong self image. We are a small staff that works together to serve our listeners and our advertisers to the best of our abilities. We have fun, but we work hard. And we eat pretty good, too. |
