Full Time Account Executive
The Spencer Radio Group has a full -time position for an Account Executive.
Hours will be Monday- Friday starting at 8 am. This person will be required to work at some of the station's events throughout the year,such as the NW Iowa Bridal & Party Showcase, the Clay County Fair, and Vinestock, to name a few. Some weekend and evening hoursmay be required.
Full time Account Executive Job Description:
- Excellent Communication & People skills
- Must have Sales & Marketing knowledge, and be creative and detail-oriented
- Work one on one with clients on their radio/digital/marketing strategies
- Maintain and service a client list, while developing new business
- Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office, Int ernet, Social Media, Outlook, ..
- Work as a team as well as individually
- Be a self-starter
The person in this position must be computer savvy, organized, able to multi-t ask, work well with others, be able to meet deadlines and be self-motivated.

As a full -t ime employee you receive 1 week of paid vacation after 6 months of employment. 2 weeks vacation after 1 full year; 3 weeksvacation after 5 years; 4 weeks vacation after 11 years.
You will receive up to 5 sick days per year; plus 2 personal days.
