The mission of the International Home Care Nurses Organization (IHCNO) is to develop and support a vibrant worldwide network of nurses who promote excellence in providing equitable care for optimal health and well-being to patients living in their homes.

The IHCNO recognizes the significant contributions of our members and non-members to global population health. Nurses providing healthcare in homes serve in an extraordinary capacity. We celebrate our specialty practice during International Nurses Day, May 12, 2025.
