Annual Business Meeting Notification

The LeadingAge Ohio Annual Business Meeting will be held in conjunction with the All-Member Call taking place Tuesday, September 13 at 11:30AM. This call will review the key initiatives of LeadingAge Ohio this past year. LeadingAge Ohio staff, Board and other invited guests will provide an overview of the association’s ongoing advocacy priorities as well as its work to alleviate workforce pressures felt by members.

At the meeting, members will be asked to approve last year’s Annual Business Meeting minutes and approve the slate of nominees  to the LeadingAge Ohio Board of Directors. 

Nominating Committee Recommendations

This year, there are three vacancies to fill on the LeadingAge Ohio Board of Directors and two current Board members seeking re-election.

The Nominating Committee recommends that the membership elect the following individuals* to serve on the LeadingAge Ohio Board of Directors:

Seeking Election for First Term

  • Denise Anderson, Vice President, Senior Living, National Church Residences (Columbus)
  • Jason Miller, Senior Vice President, Otterbein Senior Life (Lebanon)
  • Richard Russell, President/CEO, Hospice of Northwest Ohio (Perrysburg)

Seeking Re-election for Second Term

  • Richard Boyson, President/CEO, Eliza Jennings (Cleveland)
  • Christopher Widman, Executive Director, Good Shepherd Home (Fostoria)

Outgoing Board Members

Three valued members will be leaving the LeadingAge Ohio Board of Directors at the end of this term. Please join us in thanking these dedicated volunteers for their past years of service:
