Human Resources Operations, Reporting & Systems Analyst 

The Human Resources Operations, Reporting and Systems Analyst has a specialist focus and responsibility for the metrics development, data analysis, and system oversight to drive recruitment, retention, and engagement of the organization's human capital utilizing the various data systems available. The Human Resources Operations, Reporting and Systems Analyst will have immediate system and data integrity oversight for HRMS, learning management, performance management, and applicant tracking, and other HR systems. 

Qualifications 

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required.

Experience

  • Five years experience as an analyst, related HR specialist, or HRMS expert preferred.
  • Five years experience working with an HRMS, ideally ADP preferred.
  • Two years experience in data analysis required.
  • Two years experience in database maintenance required.
  • Experience with learning management, performance management, and applicant tracking systems desired.
  • Experience in a long-term care facility, hospital, or other related medical facility preferred.
  • Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the internet required.
