Executive Director
Christian Village Communities (CVC) is the management group for our two outstanding not-for-profit communities for older adults and is seeking an Executive Director for Christian Village at Mt. Healthy, its flagship community. Having opened its doors for business in the spring of 1966, for over 50 years, Mt. Healthy has been considered home for older adults providing them with compassionate, quality care. The campus is nestled in a beautiful 8-acre park-like setting in suburban Cincinnati, Ohio and offers the full continuum of care.
Reporting to the Vice President of Operations of CVC, the Executive Director will provide leadership to Christian Village at Mt. Healthy by planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the community’s operations including nursing, social services, spiritual care, medical records, case management, life enrichment, MDS, dining and residential services. The Executive Director is responsible for the creation and maintenance of a culture of respect and responsiveness for both residents and staff and ensures the accomplishment of quality, clinical, financial, resident and staff satisfaction, and strategy outcomes.
The finalist candidate for this position will have a minimum of five years of successful leadership experience within a high quality, service oriented healthcare setting, preferably a continuing care retirement community. (S)he will also have a passion for resident engagement and enjoy a highly visible and interactive presence on the campus as well as in the Mt. Healthy business and social community. A Bachelor's degree in health services administration or related field (Master’s preferred) and a current Ohio nursing home administrator license or eligibility is required.
