Seeking a full-time VP of Operations for our Walnut Hills campus located in Walnut Creek, OH. Reporting to the President/CEO, duties include but not limited to providing administrative leadership at a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), provide leadership with GRC Exec. Team, provide leadership for Board & Executive Committees, lead in developing, monitoring, & updating organization’s strategic plan, provide information, organizational development, educational resources for decision making to the Board of Directors, administer policies adopted by Board, serve as Health Care Administrator, recruit & employ competent staff for organizational objectives, prepare & monitor annual operating budget, approve & direct purchases/expenditures within budget, and complete various other functions as needed. Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Health Care or related field required, Master’s preferred, three or more years experience in long term care supervisory capacity preferred, licensed by state of Ohio as nursing home administrator, meeting expectations of position routinely requires work beyond 40 hours per week.
