Vice President of Human Resources
Greencroft Communities, located in Goshen, IN, is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to provide human resource leadership for all Greencroft Communities regional and local human resource systems. Greencroft Communities is a faith based, non-profit provider of senior housing, services and programs throughout northern Indiana, Michigan and Ohio. The organization has grown in its 15-year history as a system and its affiliates with 90+ years of history, and currently is home to over 2,300 residents and employs a dedicated team of over 1,300 staff members.

Reporting to the President & CEO, the Vice President of Human Resources is responsible for effective staff recruitment, mentoring and development of staff, assisting the management team in developing effective relationships within their departments; and promoting a spirit of teamwork and collaboration among all. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is required. Previous human resource administration and previous supervisory experience and/or understanding of supervisory issues are required.
Compensation will consist of a competitive base salary, which will recognize the experience, accomplishment, and ability of the finalist. (S)he will be eligible for health, dental, life insurance, and pension benefits as part of executive management.
