BENEFITS ANALYST

The Benefits Analyst provides oversight and management for the organization's compensation and benefits program serving as a subject matter expert and the corporate liaison to the HR staff and staff members ensuring programs are administered and communicated timely and effectively in accordance with company standards and federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, regulations, and laws. 

Qualifications 

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or in a related field required.

Experience

  • Two years experience in compensation and benefits operations management required.
  • Five years experience in compensation and benefits administration required.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits guidelines, regulations, and laws required.
  • Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the internet required.
  • Proficiency with a large-scale HRMS and /or payroll system required.
  • Proficiency with a benefits administration system required.
