Graceworks Lutheran Service has an excellent opportunity for a performance-driven, creative leader who have responsibility for Human Resources management functions including talent acquisition/recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, compensation, benefits, training and safety.
Reporting to the CEO, the VP of HR will work closely with a successful leadership team to create and implement the Graceworks HR strategic plan in alignment with the organization’s mission, values, and vision. Our facilities enjoy talented, committed staff who strive to provide quality services with faithful caring. The successful candidate must possess exceptional integrity and interpersonal skills, and be able to drive initiatives that take care of our most valuable asset – our staff.
A Master’s degree is required or a master’s degree in a related field is preferred. The candidate must be a seasoned executive with at least 15 years of professional experience including 5 years in a senior management position. SPHR, SHRM CSP or other HR Certification highly desired.
Established in 1926 and headquartered in Centerville, Ohio, Graceworks Lutheran Services is a nonprofit organization that provides residential living and care options for seniors as well as residential care services for persons with developmental or intellectual disabilities. Graceworks ministries include Bethany Village, a leading senior living community, Graceworks at Home, providing skilled and personal homecare services, Graceworks Enhanced Living, serving over 270 adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities; and Graceworks Housing Services, offering safe affordable housing to income eligible seniors or disabled adult.
