Reporting to the Chief Executive Office, the Vice President of Sales & Marketing (VPSM) is responsible for developing products that meet the needs of Moorings Park’s clients by enabling successful aging thereby maintaining high community occupancy and driving growth for Moorings Park. The VPSM will design and execute short and long term strategies for the successful sale of life plan community services to highly satisfied prospects, maintaining established occupancy rates and corporate growth trajectory.

The finalist will be an intelligent, creative thinker capable of developing innovative, win-win business solutions to financial and operational challenges. (S)he will have a well-rounded management style that demonstrates confidence, competence, resolve, self-awareness and an understanding of human dynamics working effectively with people to meet the established goals and needs of the organization. Ten years of experience in a senior-level management position, including marketing and sales responsibilities is required. A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred. (S)he will have knowledge of structuring sales quota goals, revenue expectations, and possessing contracting, negotiating, and change management skills. The finalist will also have a strong background in strategic planning and implementation, marketing strategy development and execution, advertising campaign programming, and successful public relations efforts.
