Director of Fiscal Services for Long Term Care
The Sisters of Charity of St. Augustine Health System is seeking a Director of Fiscal Services for Long Term Care. The Director of Fiscal Services for Long Term Care supervises and directs the financial and business operations of Regina Health Center, a 155 bed skilled nursing/assisted care facility in Richfield, as well as Light of Hearts Villa, an assisted/independent living facility in Bedford. This position reports directly to the Executive Directors of the facilities as well as to the Chief Financial Officer of the Sisters of Charity Health System and functions as a member of the management team at the long term care facilities. This position is responsible for supervising the accounting and finance staff and providing support to the Finance Committees at both facilities.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: financial reporting, treasury management, billing, cost reports, annual audit, tax returns, materials management and the administrative requirements of benefit plans.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred. Three to five years of experience in health care accounting; strong preference for nursing home accounting experience. Supervisory experience of five years or more.
