ODH Finalizes DNR Rules

This week, the Ohio Department of Health released the rules pertaining to Ohio’s do not resuscitate (DNR) program. The form has been revised and simplified for readability. One new rule details the order of “precedence” of the DNR orders and Ohio’s advance directives, should there be a conflict between the two. To review the proposed rules, see below:
