Lieutenant Governor Husted, ODM Director Corcoran to Headline LeadingAge Ohio Events in Coming Months

LeadingAge Ohio is excited to announce two opportunities for members to connect with top state officials on aging services-related issues in the coming months.

Lieutenant Governor Jon Husted, along with Chancellor of Higher Education Randy Gardner and state legislators, will be giving remarks at the LeadingAge Ohio and Lorain County Community College STNA Registered Apprenticeship Kick-Off on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at Lorain County Community College. As the Director of the Office of Workforce Transformation, we are excited to include Lt. Governor Husted in our celebration and to hear more about his vision for workforce solutions for Ohio.

Additionally, the “Town Hall” we are holding at our LeadingAge Ohio annual conference on Thursday, August 29 will be facilitated by the Director of the Ohio Department of Medicaid Maureen Corcoran. This will give LeadingAge Ohio members the unique opportunity to connect with ODM leadership on the issues that matter most to our members.

Look for more details about these important events in your in-boxes in the coming weeks.
