Bruce McNabb to Lead Concord Reserve Senior Living Community

Bruce McNabbWestlake, OH – Concord Reserve welcomed Bruce McNabb as Executive Director of the senior living community in mid-September. Concord Reserve, well known as the Lutheran Home at Concord Reserve, has an 88-year history of providing assisted living, memory support services and nursing care in the city of Westlake. The campus also includes 80 new independent living apartments that opened in September.

Most recently, Bruce lent his expertise as the Vice President of Property Management for Embassy Healthcare in Beachwood, Ohio. A native of Lake County, Ohio he has provided leadership to communities with up to 300 beds while overseeing construction and expansion of services for dementia care, ventilator care, rehabilitation, and dialysis. For much of his career, his work has included oversight in various regional roles of multiple communities, but his preference is to be at a single campus that offers the full continuum where true relationships can foster.  Leading teams that gain a shared vision of both compassion and quality is a true passion for McNabb.

“We are delighted that Bruce has joined LEC to lead Concord Reserve into the future. With Bruce’s experience and enthusiasm for quality serviced and the strong reputation Concord Reserve already enjoys in the greater community, we believe there is a very bright future ahead,” said Scott McQuinn, President & CEO, Life Enriching Communities.

McNabb, holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Cedarville University. He is a licensed nursing home administrator and began his career over 35 years ago starting as a volunteer in high school.  His first paid position was as a nursing assistant on a ventilator unit during a summer when in college.
