In 2020, Rohini founded Let's Talk Womxn, an action led movement of 650+ women restaurateurs across 13 cities to scale economic power collaboratively. Let's Talk Womxn catapulted to Top 50 in Food, Top 25 Women of Influence by NRN; NAWBO, Athena & TimeOut Women of the Year, works with GMA, the TODAY Show and entities like Sysco, Toast, Ulta, SpotOn, Middleby, IFMA, IFDA, Destinations International to redefine and leverage its nexus of highly visible women owners in food, restaurants, consumer and retail. Rohini also founded and led the James Beard Foundation Women's Program and chaired it for a decade.
